Second, quality inspection during production. In each process such as casting, machining and assembly, there are special quality inspectors for real-time inspection. During casting, we focus on checking for defects such as pores and sand holes in the valve body to ensure it is strong; during machining, we strictly control dimensional accuracy to ensure smooth coordination of components; during assembly, we check whether the process is standardized to avoid leakage, jamming and other problems.
Third, final inspection of finished products. This is the last inspection before the product leaves the factory. We will conduct comprehensive tests on each ball valve, including water pressure sealing test, pressure resistance test, as well as special tests such as switch flexibility, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. At the same time, we will check the appearance to ensure there are no scratches or rust, meeting export standards.
After the above strict quality inspection, all the ball valves in this batch are qualified, and all indicators meet customer requirements. It is reported that this batch of products will be shipped to the Southeast Asian market, used in local chemical parks and water treatment projects, further enhancing the brand influence of our company locally.
